Service Satisfaction

Because our services are performed in person on your vehicle, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed and the vehicle returned. However, if you feel that the service did not meet the standard described when you booked, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can assess the situation and offer a resolution.

Resolutions may include:

  • A complimentary re-service to address the specific area of concern
  • A partial credit toward a future booking
  • A discussion with our team to understand and resolve your concern

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service:

  • More than 24 hours in advance: No charge. We will reschedule or cancel without any fee.
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: We may charge a partial fee to cover the time reserved for your appointment. We will discuss this with you directly if it applies.
  • No-shows: If you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee may apply.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Drozelonfriz inspects each vehicle before starting any service. We note pre-existing scratches, dents, stains, or other conditions that are present before we begin. Our return policy does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions that could not be resolved by the booked service type.
